4 nights 5 days, $350 CAD/$250 USD per person per day. 6 to 10 participants, plus two guides.
Campamento Agua Verde is our rustic glamping-style base camp on one of the most pristine stretches of coastline in the Sea of Cortez. Because access to Agua Verde is challenging, this small fishing community has remained largely untouched by large-scale tourism. It’s a rare chance to experience the Baja of the past—quiet coves, working pangueros, starry skies, and almost no development.
The coastline here is framed by the dramatic Sierra de la Giganta mountains, covered in desert cactus and scrub. Below, the sea is incredibly clear, with a white sand bottom that gives the water its striking green colour—“Agua Verde.” It’s a place where desert and sea meet in one of the most beautiful paddling environments in Mexico.
Our base camp is family-friendly, relaxed, and centred on nature. Days can include guided sea kayaking, snorkeling, hiking, or simply unwinding on the beach. We provide a daily itinerary of activities that we highly recommend, but nothing is mandatory—there’s always the option to swim, wander, or read a book in the shade. A boat trip to Isla Monserrat, one of the most pristine islands in Loreto Bay National Park, is also included in this itinerary.
